American Crane & Transport Magazine featured a Maeda CC1485-1 Mini Crawler Crane in its latest issue, showing off the machine as it works on the construction of “The Wall” between the U.S. and Mexico.
According to the article, The CC1485-1 is being used near Douglas, AZ to install rebar cages into footing holes before filling with concrete, which then becomes the anchoring points for the project. The machine was chosen because it is compact, nimble and can maneuver quickly around the jobsite in the dirt and rough terrain.
