Maeda introduced a new model at the 2013 Bauma Trade Fair in Munich. The MK-1033 was shown with 180-degree articulating and telescoping tip section that provides added versatility when reaching over obstacles for precision placement. The new machine has a 31’6” working radius, 37’4” maximum lift height and 2,190-lb maximum lifting capacity. Prime applications include glass handling, lifting and placing in industrial environments, petrochemical plants and construction sites.
The MK-1033 features the super slim 30-inch body width that complements the compact folded dimensions. With optional winch, the MK-1033 can lift from 213-feet below track level. This exciting new design from Maeda is expected in the U.S. later this year.
